Hot-Oil Flushing is a proven cleaning method that provides hydraulic and/or lubrication oil systems with a clean start, effectively removing assembly debris. In this process, hot oil circulates through pipe systems at high turbulent velocity, entraining loose or dislodged soil which is subsequently filtered.

Pressure Testing

Pressure Testing

Pressure Testing is a crucial pre-startup procedure conducted to validate the integrity of vessels and secure relevant certifications. During this process, pressure and temperature are meticulously logged using data, Fuji, or mechanical loggers.

SHIP CLEANING

Pre-Operational Chemical Cleaning

Pre-operational chemical cleaning is carried out to eliminate any residual foreign materials arising from construction activities, found on either the pipes or system fabrication. Key considerations during the pre-operational phase include mill scale, corrosion products, weld scale, oil, grease, sand, dirt, temporary protective coatings, and other debris from the construction process.

Post-Operational Cleaning

Post-operational cleaning serves multiple purposes, addressing issues such as diminished heat transfer, reduced flow, safety concerns (e.g., H2S, pyrophoric iron, LELs, ammonia), limited surface area access for comprehensive inspection, and more. The selection and frequency of post-operational cleaning depend on system design, operational requirements, and the operational and treatment history of fluids/water.

High Pressure Cleaning

High-Pressure Cleaning is an essential part of commissioning, maintenance, modification, or decommissioning processes for pipes and vessels. Our services offer a versatile system with nozzles navigating through elbows and vertical pipes, supported by guiding systems for precision. We also provide Water Jet Cutting services, and our deliverables include a variety of nozzles and centralizers for pipe sizes from ½” to 36”, ensuring comprehensive cleaning and removal of preservation, scale, rust, sand, and wax to maintain optimal pipe and vessel conditions.

Underwater Hull Cleaning

Our presently diver-operated cleaning technology allows us to provide a complete range of underwater hull cleaning services, covering the hull's vertical sides, flat bottom, curved surfaces, and niche areas for vessels of any type and size.

Propeller Cleaning & Polishing

Our specially designed propeller polisher produces optimal cleaning results and is linked to our surface debris collection and filtration system, guaranteeing efficient prevention of debris from entering the sea.

Cargo Tank & Hold Cleaning

We provide both on-board and remote supervision, supported by a complete range of cleaning chemicals to ensure that no cargo poses too significant a challenge.

Marine Air Duct Cleaning

Cleaning the air ducts on ships is crucial to prevent health problems. The ducted HVAC and exhaust ventilation system onboard ships provide an ideal breeding ground for dust, bacteria, mold, and pollen.

Nitrogen Purging

Nitrogen purging is an industry-standard technique used to replace hazardous or undesirable atmospheres with inert and dry atmospheres. During the commissioning of a process plant, the practice of replacing air through purging with nitrogen is commonly referred to as oxygen freeing or start-up purging. In the case of a turnaround, where there is a need to replace a hydrocarbon atmosphere with nitrogen, it is commonly known as degassing or shutdown purging.

Our Bolt Torquing team specializes in the controlled loosening and tightening of bolts, employing torquing and tensioning techniques for both small tasks and extensive turnarounds. Our trained and experienced torquing technicians apply proven techniques to disassemble, assemble, and verify preload for bolted joints.
